EV Terminology 101

• Accelerator (or Torque) pedal, not "gas pedal".
• (electric) Motor, not (gas) engine.
• Regenerative braking, not engine braking.
• You recharge, not "fill up".
• Charging connector, not a pump handle.
• The Tesla Roadster is quick, not fast.
  (Low end torque gets you off the line quickly, but limited top end horsepower keeps the top speed modest)
• You plug the Roadster into a "charging station", not a charger. (The charger is built into the car).

this is more a common corrections than terminology no? I was expecting like PHEV = Plugin Hybrid Electric Vehicle.
