Extended Wall Connector Communicating Time (Blue Light)

Has anyone else noticed their Wall Connectors taking longer than normal during the communication phase, where the blue LEDs are active?

Mine used to illuminate just a second or two before the relays clicked and the Wall Connector started charging (green LEDs).

Now it's taking a good 5-15 seconds before it starts to charge. My screen displays "charging stopped" while communicating.

I have. '21 Model 3 Performance and a 3rd generation Wall connector, car is running 2022.40.4.1 and the Wall Connector v22.33.0.
