Exterior door switches very hard to press

Hello everyone. Does anyone else's model X have exterior door switches that are very hard to press? Has anyone had this fixed? How much? I heard the newer cars are softer but haven't confirmed. My car is a 2016 p90d.

We both think it’s hard to press (2018 mx) but don’t know of anything we can do about it.

I like to press the pointed end of the driver's door handle. It's a little easier, though no feather touch. I suppose the wrap might not help.
