Around 7 or 8, but I only needed to add about 100 miles, so that's pretty much all I needed.

Not unusual at all with preconditioning and a low SOC from my experience. See a couple screenshots I took when traveling below at various V3 superchargers.

@father_of_6 , you can search for "model 3 charging curve" on Google to get some graphics showing the power based on your battery SOC. 250kW seems to hold until 20-21% SOC after which it ramps down slowly.

EDIT: I see the pictures showing 22 and even 23% SOC still at 250kW. Tesla can change the curve, the images I find on Google are from users trying it out as Tesla don't seem to publish any of this. Still, in that area it will most probably start going down.
