Found the (a) problem... Took the hepa filters out (in the frunk) - they were soaking wet, thus clogged.... drying them out inside now - will report back

All heat, airflow, and fog problems solved. Dry out those filters!

2h+ drive in -16C, zero issues to report.

The water shouldn't be getting inside air filter... Is it assembly quality? Cover wasn't locked in place?

My guess, quality issue at assembly. The cover was screwed on well (was actually pretty finicky to remove). And the seal around the hepa filters is a PITA to get back in without them sliding off/twisting as it is such a tight fit.

I should have searched first as I just posted the same thing. In Australia here, currently winter so set air each morning to circa 21-24 Celsius with outside temp or around 10-13 degrees Celsius. My feet get cold and I have to come off auto and set hot air to my feet. Never had to adjust a car climate system as much as I do in this car car (SR+ M3 Unicorn).

2015 model S when only feet heat is on and defrost NOT selected defrost is still blasting heat. . TSC says. “All is working correctly “ so dumb!!!
