When buying a tesla, they premounted the license plate so when you take it off, there are holes. What is a way to fill it without having to repaint the entire bumper? Do they have colored matchingplugs?

On the current cars there is no holes drilled into the bumper cover. The screws go in from the bottom and aren't visible. The front portion is held on by double sticky foam. So you can "easily" remove the plate bracket with no visible damage.

Note: This isn't true on the old cars with the black nose cone.

On the new cars without the black nose cone, how do you remove the bolts that hold the license plate at the bottom of the bumper?

Very carefully with curved pliers.

Does needlenose pliers work? I don't have any curved ones.
