Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

I'm picking up my car tomorrow and it's 60 months 3.58 from Tesla. I managed to get the money from my mortgage too with a lower rate (2.89). I'm thinking to just use the money from mortgage to pay off the car loan I got from Tesla ( from scotiabank).

There shouldn't be any penalty to pay off the loan within the first month, right?

3.58 with RBC for 72 months!

Does anyone have the email address of the finance team? someone a few pages back says it should be in the order page somewhere but I guess i'm blind and cannot find it.

I did find an error on their calculation of the price break down so I wanted to inquire about that and I imagine is much easier to explain over email than phone.

I had a message from my delivery advisor notifying me of the change and that she could re apply for the better rate. I had to approve reapplying but she did all the work on her end. It took a few hours to show on my account.

It is RBC. I’m sure Scotiabank is similar or the same but I requested RBC.
