Thought i would say Hello. I own a 2016 MS 85D and I am from the UK.

Currently considering options of upgrading from my MS 85D to a MS P90D or a MX P90D.

Currently leaning towards a MX being the more sensible option as we are a family of 5 + 2 dogs.

Hi Chinney, I have had the car around 15 months. I have really enjoyed it.

As soon as i bought the car i upgraded to the 21" sonic grey uber turbine alloy wheels, mcu2+radio and CCS.

The car has been faultless up until now, the aircon doesnt seem as cool as it was.

I am trying to figure out if i can get this looked at by an independant garage.. or does it need a visit to my local SC.

You could try to see if you could get quotes from both. Air conditioning usually is not that expensive to fix, but in a Tesla I am not sure.

Contrary to some other stories you can find on these threads, my own experience with Tesla service has been excellent. Very quick, hassle-free, convenient and high-quality service. Best 'dealership' experience I have ever had. The only flaw was price - it was expensive (two non-warranty repairs - a new windshield and a new tire), with the exception of one minor warranty repair which, of course, was free.
