First Service Visit Takeaways - Mixed

Took the car in for damaged suspension linkage replacement and an alignment. Had an appointment.
Price: Estimate number was not bad and they stuck to their number.
Length: Ok. The appointment had me waiting 6 days, then it took them two weeks to do a 2 hour job. In their defense, they were waiting on a part and my car was effectively not drivable.
Quality of Work: Excellent. I loved that the tech himself called me to ask what had happened and he gave me the updates directly. Car is perfect again.
Communication: Horrible. The Tesla app seems neat but the estimated completion system was giving me PTSD from the delivery estimation system when had I ordered the car. The ready-by date would change without explanation, sometimes on the day that it said the car would be ready. If they can't use the messaging properly, it would be far better for them if they did not have this system at all.
Staff: Nice. Friendly. Quick and easy dropoff time.
