Sullivan said that at the LA Auto Show November 19-28 there would be full-sized Karma mockups showing off color and interior combinations. Immediately after the show, prospective customers can go to the dealer and take the car on test drives, and with production beginning in Q1 of 2011 the deliveries would begin in March and April. You'll find Sullivan's take after the jump. We just hope this time everyone's on the same page.

Small update:

Fisker Automotive actually posted on our forum and answered a few questions, which you may find interesting:

http://fiskerbuzz.com/forums/Forum-Fisker-Karma-and-Sunset

They are reading and noting our concerns.

I think we'll really see the Karma come to fruition at the end of this year. While it may be late, all the funding and production plans are in place so I have little doubt the car will reach the garages of those on the wait list.

The real question in my mind is what the journalists will think.

Note to Fisker...keep the girl, lose that goofy looking grill...the grill shape reminds me of Jack Nicholson's "Joker's" mouth...

You aren't looking at the grill correctly. The front of the vehicle looks like a catfish. You see the grill as the mouth, I see it as a mustache. The mouth is actually the vent below the grill in the spoiler.

When I look at that car, I think, "What a cool looking catfish car."

If there was a catfish superhero... that would be his/her car! "C'mon little buddy, to the catfish mobile!"

A mustache, eh?...sort of a heavy duty Snidely Whiplash specimen...

but in hindsight, I now think it reminds me of the Courageous Cat's car.

Fisker Karma debuts

It’s not just the major carmakers that are preparing to turn on the glitz and glamour at the Paris Motor Show. Fisker Automotive, the US-based maker of the Karma plug-in hybrid, is preparing to show the first, full factory-produced version of its four-door coupe.

...

The firm is set to announce how the car will be marketed and sold at the Paris show.

Some articles on Volt can be confusing because it is presented as a pure EV.

Check out the title of this page:

"2011 Volt | Electric Car"
It isn't just articles... The manufacturer calls it electric (not hybrid) much of the time.

Here comes another all-electric automaker...

Yep, plenty of articles lump them in the same category with pure electric vehicles.
