Fix for torn wheel well liner?

Greetings All

I had a tire blow out late last summer, and apparently it has torn away the wheelwell liner where it meets the body (driver side rear blow).

Is there an easy fix for this (other than replacement)? Can I just use black silicone adhesive ? I would like to do this before we have real winter here (Switzerland)...

The damage goes all the way up. The part couldn't be very expensive (?). I would replace it.
