Hey everyone,
Thought this was interesting, new Model Y owner here, have put about 50 miles on the car so far and could hear a terrible rattle from my brake caliper cover on the passenger rear.
Service was booked out until end of may, so I pulled the wheel off and decided to poke around.
Low and behold, I found this nut that had been dropped during build (I’m guessing).
It actually matches the nuts/bolts attached to the calipers. I had a look around and couldn’t see anything missing so I’d guess someone dropped it whilst putting the calipers on and forgot to fish it out of there.
Phew, glad I found that one, was driving me nuts! - Pun intended
