Find a company that specializes in repairing curb rash - they're all magicians. I've had it done twice, and both times I couldn't even tell where the original rash was -- and it was reasonably priced.
Absolutely look in to having it repaired. Here in the Midwest there is a great company (Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists) that I have used several times, and it ranges from $100-125 per wheel. You absolutely can't tell there was any damage after they are done. The company I use also balances after they are done as well.
You might also check with your local SC to see if they have a recommendation on a repair co. I found out after the fact the St. Louis SC uses that same company for their repairs.
I just had a really bad rash fixed on my BMW a couple of weeks ago while it was being serviced at the dealer. Cost me $125, and it looks like new. Now the Bimmer is ready to sell in prep for my Model 3's birth.
