Flickering notification bubble

When composing a response in-thread, I have found that I occasionally see a flicker on the upper right of my screen. This happens when the system is saving my draft. I get the "Draft saved" bubble in my composition window, and at the same time, I see a notification bubble flicker over my miniature avatar. It only occurs if I have a pending notification/alert with a bubble over the bell.

I can reproduce this pretty easily.

Yeah, I think that has been happening for a while actually but was a relatively low priority bug. Thanks for bringing it up.
