Imagine that, FPL, following Cali, wants to gut net metering. The FPL bill passed committee yesterday.

Net metering: Don't tax all electric customers to support rich solar panel owners

Commentary: Net-metering legislation on solar power would keep poor from having to subsidize wealthy owners of solar panels.

Please stand up for wind and solar energy! You can call / e-mail the Florida senators and FPL asking to vote no or change SB 1024 / HB 741. Net metering should stand.
