Hello everyone. I have a 2014 p90d+(yes tesla put in a 90 pack on what was a P85d+ car). I bought it with 80k on it and it has always had issues with fobs, yes we replaced the battery in fob, Tesla has given us new fobs but the issues are always the same as follows:
While in the car many times during most drives it will say "key no longer in car" unless I move the fob to the cupholder from my pocket
Locking and unlocking does not work many times from the front of the car, yet while standing behind the car its rock solid.
Summon does not work many times while standing at the driver's side towards the front.
over the past 2 years I have had many SC requests for repair but it never gets fixed so I want to do it myself.
A friend at the SC says I probably need a new antenna amplifier in the back of the car.
Can anyone show me the location of this device and also what part on eBay it would be to buy?
