FOB not communicating with MX

So I have a problem with my 2017 MX not communicating with the FOB via Bluetooth.

I have tried the following without success:

- Switched to my spare FOB
- Replaced the battery
- Soft and Hard reset of the system

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Since your spare fob is not working it seems like it is something else in the car. For software (subsystems) I'd try the two things below. For hardware (not fob), I'd take it to tesla service.

I would reset the car using the tire configuration trick. If that doesn't work, I would disconnect my 12v.

Reset of 'most' systems (temporarily change wheel configuration trick)
Change your wheel configuration to something not on your X (Service -> Wheel Configuration) and after it restarts the car then change it back to the original.

1) disconnect 12v ground (-)
2) disconnect first responder loop
3) disconnect 12 positive (+)
wait 5 minutes
4) Connect 12 positive (+)
5) Connect first responder loop
6) Connect 12v ground (-)
