For clarification, does the FSD option go from $5,000 to $6,000 after May 10 for new M3 purchases?

Hello, new around here, looking to place an order on a Model 3 Performance w/ FSD soon.

In reference to this tweet Elon Musk on Twitter

I'm a little unclear if it affects both the FSD option on new purchases and/or the FSD upgrade price after delivery or both?

I'm assuming it's both?

Since the $1,000 price increase does not specify pre-delivery or post-delivery, I would assume it's both.

Currently, FSD price are:

Pre-delivery: $5,000
Post-delivery: $7,000

So the new increase will be:

Pre-delivery: $6,000
Post-delivery: $8,000

That way, it would encourage pre-delivery price to save $2,000.

Darn, looks like it went into affect today, not sure if I'm going to order FSD now
