For leased TM3P, always charge to full, right?

People like you are the reason why I wouldn't want to buy a used one.
You can't find what we're talking about, but yet you ignore the repeated warnings that the car directly communicates.
You can't make this up lol

FWIW, my car hasn't issued me a warning yet. I charged to 100% yesterday for the first time, so I'm guessing the warning doesn't come up until I do it multiple times in a sufficiently short period.

It is very interesting to me, though, that this community is so passionate about the 100% charging issue, yet TESLA doesn't see fit to mention this at all in the User Manual.
