Hello Everyone,

I have a used 24ft Gen 2 Tesla Wall Charger. This unit has a selectable max output of up to 80 amps! Price is $450CAD

This comes with everything that you would get if you bought it brand new. It is in 100% working condition. Only selling because we recently bought a non-tesla EV, so we have switched to a J1772 charger instead.

The black decorative faceplate has a crack but this does not affect functionality in any way. This happened during installation.

I am firm on the price. I can ship, however that would be an additional cost. This unit retailed for $635+ tax, so you are saving quite a penny for a small crack on the decorative faceplate (which from the pictures you can barely see it).

Went from Volts (Gen 1&2) to Tesla. Wanna trade + cash? I have a Sun Country 25amp.

You know you can simply use a TeslaTap adapter to charge a non-Tesla CCS?

As @Blu-Ion noted, you do not need to sell your Tesla HPC, just buy one of these TeslaTap

I am probably not the only one who is curious to know what Tesla you owned and what EV you purchased to replace it…
We actually have the TeslaTap mini 60amp (pricey piece of kit after the exchange rate!). it's been working fine through the warm weather, but my wife and I were/ are concerned that it may cause an issue in the colder months. Because it is metal and not polymer I think that moisture could get in between the Tesla handle and the teslatap mini (especially if it's snowing and I can't completely dry off the plug handle thingy). It's already a SUPER snug fit so we didn't want to have to deal with the cable freezing to the adapter.

We ended up buying the Tesla J1772 wall charger instead. I'm much more comfortable using the Tesla Adapter for my Model 3. Before moving to my new place I previously had a ChargePoint Home 25 and used the Tesla adapter for me, and the J1772 to work with my tenant's Ioniq.

Didn't replace the Tesla. We picked up another EV to join the family. A 2021 Chevy Bolt EV on May 4th this year. After negotiating and adding the rebate we ended up paying $37,500 + tax with 0% financing. Since we have my Model 3 already for longer distance travel, this was just too good of a deal to pass up.

I REALLY wish Tesla would let us transfer our FSD to a new car. I would have probably upgraded to a Model Y. oh well... the 2018 Model 3 is a great car!

Pardon my ignorance. Can you please explain to me what "load share"means? thank you.
Two Tesla wall chargers connected to the same circuit/outlet can both be plugged into cars and they will allocate amperage to each car based on it’s level of charge while not exceeding the maximum amount of current that the circuit/outlet can safely handle.
