For small body dents that can't be PDR'd, is Tesla Certified body shop necessary?

Wondering if it's necessary to go Tesla Certified for a small bondo and paint fix. I already talked to one shop and they said they charge $200/hr. So being Tesla certified seems like an excuse to jack up their rates and recoup their certification costs. Only advantage I could possibly see is in paint matching, but I have the pearl white which i hear is nearly impossible to blend correctly. Thoughts?

Factory and factory body work is most always going to be more expensive than using an independant shop. Certified usually means additional training and equipment.
