The first step for us is determining daytime and nighttime electrical usage. From there we can determine if a small or medium system is best, but I suspect a small system is what we need as we average 23 kilowatts/day. The monthly savings thus far aren’t compelling for renting a small Tesla system once the costs of net metering, taxes, permits (amortised) are added.
