Force re-establish cell signal?

I was driving up a canyon and lost signal in the Tesla which is what I expected but normally when I come out of the canyon it will pretty quickly and immediately reestablish connection but this time it did not no matter where I went. Is there a way to force the signal to refresh?

My guess would be a reboot. Only a guess....

This happens often for me. I thought trying to make A call fixes it, but that's not true.
