Hi all,

Bought a Tesla earlier this year and claimed 5,000 free supercharging miles in May.

My partner is also a user on the vehicle via her own email address.

Have been using the network since May, and today noticed that my partner has been getting messages in app inbox saying her supercharging is disabled, and she owes payment of £80+.

Can somebody tell me how to fix this and who to speak to please?

When we had two separate email accounts it was sort of mess with all Tesla billing. They seem to want only one email address per vehicle.
