When I drive my 2016 75D, I always hear a distant whine of the front motor. Not bad or annoying, but noticeable.
Yesterday I got a 2018 75D loaner while my car was in for service. I did not hear the front motor at all. No while, nothing.
Did Tesla change the front motor or sound dampening between 2016 and 2018? If so, what did they change?
