Front vs. back charging? Big impact on towing horses.

Is the CT charging port in front or back of the vehicle? If in back (similar to Y, S, X, etc), that's going to be a nightmare at Superchargers if towing horses. You can't disconnect your trailer to charge with animals inside -- they will shift around and mess up your tow hitch mount.

A lot of Superchargers are too tightly packed to accommodate a trailer -- but some SCs could work if the CT charged from the nose. Anyone know?

They have only shown it with the port in the rear like every other Tesla.

Very few existing Superchargers, or other DC charging sites, would allow charging with a trailer without blocking the driving area...

That type of towing beyond local distances is going to be a no-go for an electric truck for the foreseeable future. Using the testing that we have seen on the F-150 Lightning as a guide, with high aerodynamic drag trailers like a horse trailer, you are looking at about 100 miles of actual range. The Cybertruck shouldn't be any different, as the physics are the same.

Will long distance towing be practical when these trucks are 5 to 6 or even 7 years old? Is the range hit worse while towing with a 5 percent degraded battery
No, the range hit gets better the more your battery is degraded.
300 mile battery and a 100 mile range with trailer is a 200 mile range hit.
285 mile battery (after 5% degradation) would be 95 miles of range with a trailer, so range hit improves to only 190 miles.

Plugshare should have a filter for "accommodates trailers." I've noticed numerous CCS/Chademo stations that seem to have plenty of room. But many superchargers don't.
Have you suggested this to plugshare.com? It seems like it will be a good idea going forward but teslamotorsclub.com is probably not the best place to make suggestions to plugshare.

As the battery ages, it has less capacity to store power. So you might have 95 kWh instead of 100 kWh when fully charged.

When you tow a trailer, you consume more watts/ mile. The effect is the same. The total capacity is less.
