Front window motors slower than rears?

Not only do my front windows roll down/up slower than rears (as the OP) and makes those struggling sounds, but my front passenger window rolls slower than the front driver! From a fully down position, the passenger window takes 2 seconds longer to close than the driver.

I took it to the SC the first week I got my car and they replaced the passenger window regulator/motor. But the problem persisted and they told me to piss off saying it's "within spec", and there's nothing else to adjust on the window motors. 🙄
