I just replaced my Leviton EVSE with the Tesla HPWC.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was purchased on June 29, 2015 from Amazon, so it still has the 3 year warranty on it.

It is the surface mount version, not the flush version. It has the NEMA 6-50 plug.
25-Foot cord.
It charges at up to 40amps (you will need a 50amp breaker).
