Gateway not working

Hi, I got my solar up and running. Everything seems to be working except the gateway (gwy10). It shows "no signal". I have already called Tesla several times. They try one or two things and then ask me to wait for 24 hours. So far, nothing has worked. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks.

Is SOLAR added NEW after powerwall ? or working one broke ?

No, I have just solar; no powerwall.

I have the same issue. I don't have any PW either. My gateway has t worked since early March when my panels were installed. I've been through support and they said the gateway was bad. Apparently the gateways are on backorder. There is no ETA. Very frustrating.
