Dang, that ain't cheap. Wasn't the Model 3 Winter Tire Package only $2,000 with the Aero's???
Tires are also different on the model 3 set, look at the tread
Pardon my ignorance, but aren’t they both Sottozeros? Not sure how to check the thread at least from the links alone.
I was referring to the photographs they had of the tire tread in each set. They may be the same tire when you buy them but the photos are different.
Hopefully my response to this comment helps others: the model 3 aero wheels most certainly DO FIT on the long range model Y. I moved my model 3 wheels with Nokia studless tires to my model Y this winter and have riven a few hundred miles. Close fitment around the rotors up front, but that’s the only thing of note. I don’t understand why people speculate about fitment, saying they don’t fit, and turn people off from using those nice 18”. Hopefully my notes help someone in similar situation moving from a model 3.18 inch which will not fit the MY...

That’s not bad, I think I was quoted over $600/wheel when I asked about a month ago if I could just buy the Gemini wheels. Absolutely insane price, but I think Tesla realized they were “giving” the wheels away when the Aeros were ~$225/each from them last year. I wouldn’t be surprised if Aeros jumped outside the package prices.Tires are also different on the model 3 set, look at the tread
4 Tires-$1024, $256 each on TireRack
4 Sensors- $300, $75 each
Call it $1500 for those two with mount/balance and tax
So they are charging about $500 a wheel for the Gemini

Approx $500 per wheel is pretty high considering there are sets of four selling for $750 on the forum.
Just buy some winter tires, TPMS and save $1250.
19" Gemini Wheels & Covers Model Y - MY - $750
Scam artists. They left no other options for PUP owners and are trying to milk it.Call Tesla up and ask how much a Gemini wheel is, I think they'll quote you over $600.
No thanks, my point is the going rate is $750/4 = $187.50 for a wheel on the private party market which is a pretty good deal for a little extra effort.Call Tesla up and ask how much a Gemini wheel is, I think they'll quote you over $600.
