Generation 2 low profile mounting bracket

Hello everyone, I've been so luck to inherit a generation 2 wall connector thought unfortunately it did not come with a mounting bracket. If you have a low profile bracket for a gen 2 charger, I would happily purchase this from you. If you don't, though now where I can find one, please let me know. Thank you so much in advance! I'm not giving up yet.
