GM to introduce "Super Cruise" in its Cadillac CT-6 this fall

Just FYI. When self driving programs say high resolution maps they mean things like all street and highway signs are located in 3D space. When the car's image system sees the same sign, the car can locate itself within centimeters. A high resolution map is not at all the same thing that tomtom or other human mapping systems use.

I'm not even sure Cadillac knows!!!!

They just released the Build Your Car sheet for the 2018 CT6 and the Super Cruise is not listed. However, a May release is odd. That's almost considered a 1/2 year (2017.5).
