ABRP can do that. Technically an app can be written to do that through the Tesla API. But I know ABRP can send a whole navigation list to a car.
@AlexParker, have you tried sending a whole ABRP trip to your Tesla? Does it really follow all the same decisions?

It’s more about setting the destinations, because ABRP doesn’t choose route info.
But theoretically for every decision you made in a GPX file (depending on how you set the data) someone could write an app to send every decision point to Tesla as it approached the previous one.
So if you redid your decisions in ABRP, as you get to each point it’ll send the next one to the car.

No it makes his own decisions. Best way is to make the trip in Routeyou and follow the mobile screen and voice via Teslas Bluetooth
