Hansshow 7inch rear climate display question

I have the unit installed and it's OK for what I need it for, I'm daughter to watch videos.
Problem I have is it takes a age to boot up when I unlock the car.
Is there anyway the unit can be always powered but only screen on car is in use?

Also I've never seen an OTA available for this device. Can anyone else confirm their version?
