I along with a few other Model 3 owners with cars manufactured around February 2020 are having the same exact issues with Sentry Mode.
After several updates, factory resets, reboots, cycling through several different storage devices(including the Tesla one), formatting storage devices through the car, Windows, and Linux, tried both FAT32 and exFAT, Sentry Mode still to this day does not work properly.

Some examples include, but are not limited to:
- Sentry Mode is saving random 10min Sentry Events (yes, I checked to make sure they were *Sentry* Events specifically) while driving (aka. when Sentry should be disabled).
- Sentry Mode is saving 0.2s clips of me opening the driver door when I get to my car *even when Sentry Mode is disabled*.
- Sentry Mode notification events show up on my screen, but when I go to the Sentry Mode Viewer, they are not found.
- Sentry Mode clips show up randomly days, sometime weeks later, in my drive folder.
- Sentry Mode clips that do show up eventually, are corrupt, cannot be viewed.
- I have personally watched Sentry trigger (headlights flash, Sentry warning on the display), yet had no Sentry Events saved later on when I went to check them.
