Have there been any model wide recalls on Model 3?

I see a bunch of upper-control arm ball joints failures on early Model 3s. Is there a safety issue where NTSB could force a recall and replacement or is it just a squeak? Seems like 12V battery failures are starting up too. Are there any other model wide problems?

Zero model-wide recalls have been issued on Model 3. The only one I'm aware of is for a very small group of Model 3's (89 vehicles, total.) that did not have the airbag warning sticker on the sun visor.

Otherwise - no recalls, at all.

There are a number of service bulletins for "non-safety-related conditions". Some I would assume are automatically implemented by SC during a visit and some only with a complaint.
