Help removing the seat control panel

I’ve noticed that a lot of the creaks in my car come from the lower front seat trim. It’s thin and kind of cheap feeling, and there’s no felt/flocking/insulation between the three trim pieces where they contact each other resulting in squeaks and creaks when turning.

I’ve been going through the car, taking it apart and applying dynamat, felt, or foam where needed to correct some of these issues but am not having any luck removing the seat trim. I know there’s a screw and I’ve taken it out, I just have no idea how to get the panel retainers to release and don’t want to break anything. Has anyone here ever removed this piece, and if so, can you please give some insight?

It’s this piece
