High pitched noise from drive unit

Does anyone knows where EXACTLY the REAR GROUND STRAP on Model S 85D (2015) is located? Can't find it.

Hi, I was wondering if you manage to find the ground strap? I have Model s 75d (2016) I want to give it a go. Since my SC thinks it's normal noise.
