3 additional ideas / suggestions:

1) Check your tire pressure. We had recent lower temperatures esp in the morning and I noticed that my PSI's were a lot lower than normal. Lower tire pressure will definitely negatively effect driving efficiency. I keep a bicycle pump in the trunk so I can immediately add air as needed.

2) Try driving in Chill mode and see if this improves your efficiency.

3) If you want to monitor your driving efficiency and phantom drain, check out the Stats For Tesla app. I find the data provided by Stats For Tesla to be really helpful in identifying when and where phantom drain occurs.
