How do referral awards take?

for the referral program period from 10/16/2016 to 1/15/2017 I referred 3 people and they all took delivery of their vehicles by 12/2016. I was supposed to get a Tesla jacket or something as the referral award but haven't received anything yet. Does anyone know how long it usually takes or who to even contact about this?

I have not yet received my prices from 10/2016. This referral program sucks.
I've emailed them and they keep coming up with excuses They'll be mailed in feb/march now they say in a couple of weeks
