It’s definitely not. The Tesla app is similar to accessjng Apple Music via a web browser.
The Apple Music on your phone isn’t split up into pages.
When you shuffle all your music on the Tesla app it only shuffles music from that page of songs. If you have 30 pages of songs like I do then that equates to around one letter of the alphabet. So if I shuffle all my music it only shuffles songs starting with the letter A because they are on page 1 out of 30 pages.
If I shuffle all songs from my phone then it shuffles all 3000 tracks A-Z
