How does FPL handle energy credits?

I live in south FL and FPL is my electricity provider. My PV system (non-Tesla solar panels plus Powerwalls) became operational 13 months ago, and I've sent more energy back to the grid than I've consumed. I was told by my installer that FPL would credit me for the excess energy on the anniversary of my system going online, but I haven't received anything yet. My latest FPL bill indicates that I have 3,773 kWh in my reserve.

If you're an FPL customer, what's your experience with getting credits for energy sent to the grid?
