I scheduled a service appointment from the Tesla app. The guy came to my home and he did not bring the right part. He said he would complete the service online and I should schedule a follow up service. It’s been 2 days, and I am trying to but every time I go under the service section of the app all it shows is that the original service appointment has been completed and does not let me schedule a new appointment. How long does it take for me to schedule a follow up appointment? The pic shows what I am seeing everytime I go under service.
