How long did it take for you to get the solar bill after PTO (PG&E)?

I got PTO at the end of March but as of now I am still getting the regular bill where I get billed all the kWh I pull from the grid.

The rep I called two months ago said anything I pay now would become a credit, but is that true even if I've paid more than the annual $120 MDC? I expect to have a surplus based on current usage and expected production.

Whatever you've paid you will get credit for. One thing PG&E is good at is billing.

But I would escalate why you have not gotten switched over to the B/W bills. No way it should take this long.

PG&E will give you credit for everything you have paid since PTO and they will adjust off the incorrect bills and re-issue bills to account for your PTO with separate bills up to the PTO date and then after the PTO date. If you have added Powerwalls at the same time, you will probably get the special black and white letter size Paired Storage bill. If not, you will remain on the traditional "Blue Bill" but you will have net metered billing. It typically takes 2 or 3 billing cycles for PG&E to get your account straightened out.
