How Repairable Will Structural Battery Be?

If you are out of warranty and your structural battery dies, i’m afraid that your car is not economically repairable.

Disagree. You unbolt the structural pack and bolt in a new one, they same as when they manufacture it. We've seen pics of the new Y body without the pack installed.

Everything is possible, but e.g. seats are attached to pack early in the process.

And can be detached easily as well. Removing seats, carpet, and seat belts and reinstalling them might add an extra 2 hours of labor or less. Not a deal breaker. Also likely to be incredibly rare event.
