How to ask Tesla for Uber voucher to get to SC on pickup day?

I watched a Youtube video yesterday and the guy was needing a ride to the SC to pick up his M3.
To his surprise, they issued him a $300 voucher for the ride. He was expecting $10 or $20 max.
He ended up having a friend drive him and didn't use an Uber.
How do you go about getting a voucher for your ride on pickup day?
That would be helpful to me.

Just ask. They are very willing to give vouchers. I received $100 for a single day. Vouchers are time restricted and only good for the short period around the time your car is in the shop so don't think they are just giving you free rides.

Yeah just straight up ask. We bought our car in August 2020 when flights still weren't regular and Tesla offered to rent us a car to drive from central Arkansas to St Louis. We already had other plans and didn't take them up on the offer, but that would likely have been a couple hundred bucks. It is a lot cheaper for them than having a delivery truck make the run from StL down to Arkansas.
