How to Find a Part (Screw)

My 2022 Model S is missing a screw. See photos.

Does anyone know how to find out what the screw diameter and length is? I don’t see a parts guide that works for that? Do I ask service?

It’s a small panel right behind the passenger front tire.

I was wondering if that’s all it was. I thought it was a screw. Thanks for taking the time to go out and look at yours to help a random person on the internet. Guess there is hope for this world.
