How to order through Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC)?

I'm trying to order a few parts and install them myself. Tesla Service Center says to order the parts directly in epc.tesla.com. I already have an account there, but I've spent >1 hour trying to figure out how to actually order something. Anyone successfully order directly from EPC and can help me figure this out?

To close out my own question, the Tesla Service Center confirmed that individuals CANNOT purchase parts directly through the EPC.

You don't.
You buy a new car and throw away the old.

you can buy parts, but you have to be either a dealer or a repair shop and apply to register as a business with Tesla. Once they confirm all of your business information, you will be able to see prices in the catalog and order parts (but not all parts).

You can submit a service ticket with the parts list and pick them up at a service center.

Honestly, I had mixed results with that. Sometimes they will not even give you a price and sometimes they will give you everything that you need. It is very weird to deal with Tesla.

I walked up to the counter of a service center, and they were able to sell me any part labeled as “over the counter” right there on the spot. And they were also able to order in any part they didn’t have on hand to be picked up when available. Bonus, no paying for shipping charges buying the parts directly from the service center!
