How to remove side panel center console 2022 model S?

Hi:

Trying to run my dashcam cable below driver side dash and into the front of the center console to then plug into the console cigarette lighter port. Here is a picture of the panel i would like to remove. You can see how I am running the cable for now till figure out how to run it inside the console. I believe there is a hole on the front of the console to bring the cable into the inside of the console and plug it in.
