How to report a Supercharger problem?

Barrie Bayfield Superchargers #10a&b refused to "lock&load" yesterday. Luckily other chargers worked and later another guy had the same problem with 10a&b, so I knew it wasn't just my car.

Today noticed that an error code was available in the Service section of the app, so reported it there and ended up with an appointment tomorrow. Explained that it was the chargers that needed fixing, not my car.

Hopefully they won't expect me to show up tomorrow. Is there a more appropriate way to report these problems?

Well, the service center just canceled the appointment, and said they would notify the Supercharger support team. And there was a nice thank you.

So I guess that's one way of dealing with it.

There’s supposed to be a phone number on the stall for reporting down stalls/damage.
